Hamrick Software updated their popular scanning software, which supports many film-to-digital scanners (including the Nikon Coolscan models). The new release adds support for 59 different Fujitsu document scanners. While the new supported scanners are not particularly film related, I did want to point out that that VueScan is still being maintained and updated, and is probably the low cost choice for those dealing with software incompatibilities with their scanner when they update to new systems. Mac OS-X, Linux, and Windows versions of VueScan are available.
